Canbrands Specialty Foods Inc. is a commercial bakery that manufactures specialty food items reflecting the growing health trend towards allergen-free, vegan, keto, paleo and non-GMO products.

We’re also entrepreneurs. It’s the reason why we started our company. Early on we foresaw the burgeoning gluten-free food movement. We also recognized that in order for brands in this space to provide true peace of mind for consumers, their products could only be produced one way—in a dedicated, gluten-free facility.

So, we took the plunge. We created one of the first, 100% dedicated gluten-free commercial bakeries in North America. With its segregated product lines and flexible setup, our 35,000 sq. ft. facility can safely accommodate the production of a wide variety of specialty food products.
